HOW THE SHIPPING SERVICE WORKS
Shipments leave our premises within a period of time, a maximum of 24 hours, time in which you will receive a confirmation email and the data for tracking the shipment ..
The service of sending by registered mail has a cost of 5.78 euros (without VAT).
For international shipments, cost depends on the country. Contact us.
For other shipping methods, please contact us.
Our shipments are made through Certified Mail, through Spain Post.
When sending you will receive a CPF message informing you of the date of shipment and the Tracking Code.
To check the status of the shipment, go to the Correos España website (www.correos.es) and enter your Code.
The delivery time for domestic shipments can vary between 5 and 7 days from the time the shipment is made. For international shipments between 10-20 days.

Returns or changes
Returns
The User may return to CPF any product that is not of his liking by change of size or model. Running costs as well as return management. Always within the maximum period of 20 days from receipt of the product.
To formalize the return, the User must contact CPF at the address ventas@cristinapellafranco.com, indicating the order number, product or products to be returned. Once said communication is received, CPF will indicate to the User the instructions for sending the product to its warehouses. Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if necessary, original documentation and accessories that come with it. If this is not done by the User, CPF reserves the right to refuse the return. Once received the product and verified that it is in good condition, CPF will proceed to return the amount of the return in the same way with which the purchase was made.
Returns due to manufacturing defects and withdrawal.
The User has 20 days to return the product, from the reception of the same.
The User may return to CPF, any product that presents a manufacturing defect. In which case CPF will bear the cost of return. In all other cases, the cost of return will be borne by the customer. To formalize the return, the User must contact CPF at ventas@cristinapellafranco.com, indicating the number of invoice, product or products to be returned. Once said communication is received, CPF will indicate to the User the instructions for sending the product to its warehouses. Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if necessary, original documentation and accessories that come with it. If this is not done by the User, CPF reserves the right to refuse the return. In the case of a product with tare, once the product has been received and verified the existence of tare or factory defect in any of the products of the order, CPF will proceed to process the sending of another product of identical characteristics, without cost to the user . In the event that, for any reason, it is not possible to proceed with the sending of another product with identical characteristics, the refund of amounts paid for the purchase of the returned product will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen ( 14) following days.
In case of product in good condition, once the product has been received, CPF will proceed to return the amount of the return.
